>> I want to order a prescription - What do I do?
Firstly you will need a valid prescription written by an Australian Doctor (Sorry we cannot accept international prescriptions).
You then need to print a prescription
Order Form.
Then simply post your prescription with your name and details attached to it to:

We will normally dispense and dispatch it for you within 24 hrs of receiving your prescription.

>> I want my repeats kept and dispensed at a later date - What do I do?
Simply tick/click the appropriate box on your prescription

>> Can You remind me when it is time for my repeats to be dispensed?

>> Can I order by Mail or Fax?
YES - We have a special prescription

>> The product I require says that I need a Patient Profile - What do I do?
By law some products require a patient profile to be completed. This just informs us of any allergies and other medications you are taking etc. Please use this link to access the patient profile form. Your patient profile is ONLY used for ascertaining information that may be relevant to supplying you the particular medication that you have requested. It is not used for any other purpose and is strictly private and confidential.

>> The product I require says that I need a prescription - What do I do?

We can ONLY dispense after physically receiving your script in the mail. We will normally dispense and dispatch it for you within 24 hrs of receiving your prescription.

>> Why do I need a prescription for some items that I can purchase over the counter in a normal pharmacy?
The laws governing pharmacy in Australia state that "Pharmacist only medication" requires counseling from a Pharmacist. By seeing your Doctor and getting a prescription, this means that your Doctor has determined that there is a therapeutic need for that particular medication and provided the appropriate counseling.

>> If I don't live in Australia can I order ?
YES - You can order any products, except for prescription lines. We can ship all over the world. So please let us know if you are looking for something special.

>> I'm having trouble ordering - What can I do?
We work very hard on our ecommerce model - But if something does not work for you or you are having any problems at all please email our tech support : tech@pharmacy.com.au   and we will help you out as soon as we possibly can.

>> What happens if an order is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock and it will take more than a day to get it in stock, one of our customer support team will either email or call you to let you know.

How do we do it?
For other orders we charge fair prices that cover our costs. Products that carry surcharges do so only because they're heavy or bulky. If you shipped an item yourself, you'd have to pay as much or more than we charge to ship to you.

>> Is it safe to use my credit card ?
YES - When you place an order online with us, your personal information and credit card information are encrypted using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet, making it nearly impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is ready for dispatch. This ensures that you are never charged for items that we cannot supply for any reason.

YES - You will receive an automatic order confirmation soon after you place your order. This will give you an "Order Number" which can be used as a reference number if you have any questions regarding your order.

>> Will I receive a "dispatched" confirmation?
YES - One of our customer support team will either email or call you to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

>> Can I check the status of my order?
YES - Simply contact us quoting your "Order Number" and we advise with the status of your order.

>> Is my order packaged discretely?
For your privacy and security, your parcel will be plain and unmarked. You will also receive a "Medication Information" sheet with your order to help you use and store your medications wisely.

>> What is your returns Policy?
 > Our highest priority is your complete satisfaction. If you have any problems or questions - Please contact us

 > Non-prescription items are returnable for a refund under certain conditions.

 > The goods must be returned in perfect saleable condition without being opened and/or tampered with.

 > You must notify us with in 7days from receiving the order

 > You will need to request a refund by contacting us advising us of your problem - Please include your order number.

>> What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up until the order has been dispatched, by emailing us at your@qpharmacy.com.au  and advising us - Please include your order number.
