Prescription Order Form
You will Receive the
same private, safe, and secure service you'd expect from your local Pharmacy,
plus the extra convenience and privacy of ordering from home or work.
We have pharmacists

will do everything possible to answer your questions based on the
information you have supplied to us. We encourage you to speak with

Due to Government
Regulations

Prescription products require a prescription issued by a registered Australian
Doctor. Our Pharmacy will not be able to dispense any prescriptions without
first receiving your original prescription in the mail.
Refrigerated lines and
Controlled Drugs (Schedule 8) cannot be supplied.
Emailed and/or faxed
prescriptions cannot be dispensed due to government regulations. All
“Pharmacist Only Medication” (s3) requires a Doctors prescription and a
Patient Profile to meet
Australian Laws.
All NHS prescriptions require a
valid Australian NHS authority prescription.
